Not since Trevor dragged his big double bass into the middle of a field have I worked with as much of a trooper as Laura on a senior shoot. The afternoon started quietly at the Henry Clay Estate getting Laura with some of the lovely early spring foliage.
But we had a shot list that included her car, her favorite book, her Georgetown College gear, the Triangle Park fountain and a Downtown look now known as "Annie Lights."
Through it all, Laura did not flag, did not complain, and was always seconds away from flashing her elegant smile.
With that kind of patience -- I'm not going to pretend photo shoots are non-stop tons o' fun -- it is no wonder she's never seen anything lower than an A on her report card, even going through the Academy at Henry Clay High. And we can already predict she will have all the patience she needs as a veterinarian. (Ever take a cat to the vet?)
